in need of advice

hi, i am a first time mom to a 2 year old, well she has this habit of taking her pull up off and playing with her poop, it happens every single day, i can literatly just change her, and she will poop again and take her diaper off just to play with it, i have tried onsies no success, iv tried putting a backwards diaper on her, iv tried taping it, iv tried putting a lot of layers on her like under wear over the pull up then shorts then pants and a onesie no success at all does any one have advice at all?
