Abdominal pain question

Pregnant with rainbow baby after miscarriage this summer. I had a missed miscarriage at 10 weeks baby didn’t grow past 8. No symptoms of miscarriage, didn’t know anything was wrong until an ultrasound showed no heartbeat.

I’m 7 weeks now will be 8 on Friday and I have my first appointment on Friday morning. Last night I noticed a little twinge in my lower stomach on the right side once or twice but it went away quickly so I didn’t pay much attention to it. Now tonight I’m having like a sharp pain, almost like a pinching feeling about an inch or two below my belly button.. any ideas on what this might be? Is it too early for round ligament pain? My stomach hasn’t felt crampy at all and for the most part I’ve been feeling pretty good this pregnancy other than the occasional wave of nausea and super sore breast! I’m trying not to worry but of course as soon as I feel any pain in my stomach I’m scared to death. Any advice would be great!
