A dog full-on peed on me at the park

I brought my dog to the dog park today and this huge male dog came up behind me, lifted his leg, and peed all down my coat, skirt, legs, and shoes. Then he took off. His owner was horrified and said he’d never done that before. Being a little more than six weeks pregnant, I immediately started bawling my eyes out and had my husband come pick me up. So now that I’ve calmed down and have taken a shower I must ask, is this a thing? Are we giving off some sort of pregnancy scent that makes dogs want to pee all over us?
