SMEP is the Sperm Meets Egg Plan. You have sex every other day until your peak day. Then after you get a peak, you BD that day plus two additional days then skip a day and BD one more time. I hope it works this month! 🙏✨✨✨

I've read up on this but I think I will stick with every other day.  I don't want to pressure my husband with every other day, then every day.  I don't want bding to feel like a chore.

I am really dumb here it sounds like a gray pan and idea, but I am new to this and still learning all the lingo abs abbreviation,  what does bd stands for.
