I am in a 4 year relationship and my boyfriend wants to have a 3 sum but I am unsure about it. I am the only girl he has been with, and I know he wouldn't cheat on me. I just am not sure about it since I can be the jealous type.

The only question here should be do you want to? Never have sex for someone else. If you're not sure rn I don't think you should do it. It sounds more like you're trying to please your bf and you're worried about the consequences of actually doing it. Doing something like that when one of you isn't 100% sure you're comfortable with it could ruin you're relationship. Hold off unless you're sure.
