URGENT!!! MAYBE PREGNANT! HELP

I need help.. my period is normally a 21-22 day cycle and I had my period October 13, 2017 and after a few days I remember getting really creamy white discharge along with cramps and breast pain and according to this app I ovulated the 26 and had sex the 30th, we used a condom and he came but instead of the condom he came in me... we didn’t know the condom was broke at all.. I took a Take Action plan b pill today Nov 1st but I don’t know if it will work be cause apparently according to the internet it wont because I already ovulated. Is that true? I’m really scared right now and I don’t know what to do or think 😭
