FTM here!! When are you supposed to get your period after having a baby?

It's different for everyone, but it can take longer if you're breastfeeding. I'm almost 9 months pp & ebf... haven't gotten mine yet!

I’m not breastfeeding anymore and just got mine at 6 1/2 weeks PP

It varies. I got mine at 5 weeks pp.

I’m exclusively breastfeeding and got it back at 4 months postpartum. Some breastfeeding moms got it back a few weeks after giving birth. It just depends on your body. Also, you can ovulate even before getting your period so if you’re not ready to be pregnant again, definitely take precautions. 
Also, my periods have been super irregular. I got two periods and then nothing for 3 months 😳 I keep taking tests because I’m worried but I’ve read that it’s normal to be irregular postpartum, even more so when breastfeeding
