extreme abdominal pain at almost 6 weeks

I went to the ER last night for extreme lower abdominal pain. I've had miscarriages, but this was not the same pain. They did several Ultrasounds to check if ectopic or viable and they couldn't tell either way. They did see a big cyst on my ovary and free floating fluid, which is probably blood leaking from that and where the extreme pain is coming from. Hopefully I'm not having a miscarriage or ectopic and hopefully baby is a sticky one in the right place. But has anyone had experience with a horrible cyst and early pregnancy?
