Spotting every two weeks now? Also have a cyst

Question

I recently found out i have a cyst on my right overy about 5cm they didnt do anything at the hospital tho i guess cuz im not in pain on my lower stomach my ive been sick the top of my stomach hurts well im just kinda freaking out since i found out i have this cyst! I need some support please if you can leave some positive stories:) ..i am now spotting every two weeks ama go to get it checked out again they said it can pop on its own or twist my overy idk much about this tho. Thank you.

Hello Vanessa . I have a post on this called TMi should I go to hospital. I have had cysts in my ovaries for about three years and I just had one rupture . It has been the most awful experience ( u can see the updates I been leaving everyone) but many times women do not experience ruptures . In fact I read a article saying it's rare. Normally they pop with ur flow and it's done . But I still have cysts . Makes sure u keep in tune with your body . And if you notice any changes contact ur doc immediately

Most of the time they do go away on there own. I get them as well. It can be nerve racking but it should be fine. I would call your ob/gyn tomorrow and talk to her
