TMI - Swollen Labias??

Sorry, this may be TMI for some. But for the last few weeks my lady bits have been swelling SO bad. I can't get comfortable in anything I wear, and going commando isn't an option due to an increase in discharge. My poor husband, our sex life is non existent right now due to the swelling.  This happened with my first a few times, but never with my second. And before it was only after sex. Now it's every day almost all day. I know it's due in part from the pressure, but holy moly! I'm only 24 weeks. Just curious if it's just me or if anyone else is going through this? What are things you've done to help?
