Poop🤢💩

My son is 4 months today and the number of bowel movements he has daily has started to change over the last 3 weeks. Today is Thursday and he hasn’t pooped since Monday. He has been having a lot of gas and I️t has been smelly🤢.I️ EBF but supplement with Nutramigen Formula 1 or 2 times a day🍼. I️ called his pediatrician and they said he should be okay, until he gets to 5 days of no poop. I’m so annoyed because I️ just wish he would poop already lol Has this happened to anyone else???
