going crazy

Ended up in the ER with bright red bleeding last Thursday no cramping but felt really full/bloated. They said threatened miscarriage. Went to Dr. Friday, heard the babies heart beat....they said it was a smidge low (98bpm) told us they were hopefully optimistic and as long as the bleeding remained just when I wiped and didn't start transferring or soaking pads no need for another ER visit. Stopped bleeding Sunday. Here it is Thursday and I'm bleeding again. Much lighter than last Thursday...still no cramps but the sudden feeling of fullness/bloating is back again. I'm trying not to flip out but this is my 3rd pregnancy and I've never had bleeding in the first trimester before. We still have not been given a dye date because our Dr dates via measurement but we are thinking 6 weeks 3 days....I'm scared to death. we've been ttc for a long time.
