When will I start to show?

First time mom over here 🙂 i want to wait until Christmas to tell everyone, but nervous I’ll be showing by then. 5’5 and 130 lbs, so a smaller/medium frame. I’ll be 11 1/2 weeks on Christmas Day

Ahh! First time mommy here too! I’ll be 12 weeks on Christmas Day! That’s when we’re wanting to announce it as well! Nervous that I’ll be showing, but I also can’t wait for my bump to make an appearance! Maybe sweaters until then? 😉

Everyone is different. With my first I started to show around then, but everyone told me that it was “really early to be showing for a first time Mom”. One of my friends was nearly 20 weeks and just looked like she ate a large dinner 😂. It has to do with your body type too, I think! You should plan your reveal for whenever you want! It will be fun and exciting however you do it!!

With my first I didn’t start showing until 20 weeks.  I could tell because I felt bloated.   No one else noticed

With my first I was dying to show and my weight decreased a ton in the first trimester due to extreme nausea. I didn’t honestly have a noticeable belly until like 25 weeks! But everyone is so different!!! And even after that at work most people didn’t know I was pregnant until about 30wks unless I had told them bc most of my normal dress work clothes hid my belly. I can only imagine this time I’ll show sooner bc they say your body knows where to go and what to do after the 1st 🤷🏻‍♀️🤰🏻 lol

I didn't start showing until around 6.5 months, I was super sick until then last time so really didn't put on any weight till that point. This was my 7 month bump

It's really hard to say. I didn't show at all until 5 months (pictured) with my first. I'm taller but I am very short waisted, so I figured I would show more quickly than that. I think it totally depends on how you carry! I did have explosive bump growth around 34 weeks and went from barely showing to beach-ball under the shirt!

With my first pregnancy this year I made it to 12 weeks before miscarrying. The week prior my husband and bff had mentioned my stomach "poking out a little more". I tried telling them it was bloat, I couldn't be showing at that point. (I am 5'4" and was around 135-138 lbs pre pregnancy). I was only up to around 142 lbs then so I gained a few pounds but that could have been from anything. But it was not noticeable at all other than the slight pouche I got (and you can blame it on winter weight!)

It’ll be my third here, I’ll be 12 weeks as well and nervous that the bump will show super early this round.
