Do you get tightening in your whole tummy during Braxton Hicks?

I’m 32 weeks today & just got a pretty intense contraction it only lasted about 10 seconds but my entire stomach area just felt really, really tight. I haven’t gotten another one yet but I’ll be keeping track of them. Does this happen with BH?

Yup! If it’s just one area it’s likely just the baby pushing against that spot but when it’s your whole belly tightening that’s Braxton Hicks 👍🏻
