Would He punish me for this?

I don't believe in God, but I do think there's a higher power. 
I have been in many abusive relationships, platonic and romantic.
I also have had sex four times, I hate that I have.
Sometimes I feel like, if there is a God, he is punishment for not believing and not being a virgin

NO. I don’t care what an CRAZY CHRISTIAN WHO “READS” THE BIBLE BUT MISSES THE POINT SAYS. 
Yes, Jesus wants sex to be sacred but he absolutely does NOT judge sinners and loves everyone equally. There is quite a famous story of Jesus befriending a whore and he showed her nothing but compassion and kindness. 
I’m a Jesus Follwer (the label Christian has such a terrible rep IMO). 
Whether you lie or have sex outside of marriage all sins are equal,  none are greater than one. 
✨Summary: Jesus (or a higher power, whatever works for you!) loves everyone for who they are whether broken or “perfect.”✨

You must believe to be Redeemed. Jesus came for those who call on His name. He is faithful and will forgive you if you ask. Jesus loves people, and came to save the lost. He wants you to have life abundantly. He wants a relationship with you. You are loved despite your sin. There is NO condemnation in Christ Jesus!  Romans 10:9-10. If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.  God Bless!

It's hard for me to let go of the lies I have believed about God, but last night I had this realization. God is good. My whole life people told me that God is good and merciful and full of compassion, but I thought he was mean and bad and judgmental. So maybe my anxiety disorder played with my mind. I think it might be similar for your situation. But please, don't feel condemned. If you aren't happy with yourself, maybe that's anxiety or insecurity...but God understands us.
