Any ladies know whats safe to take while pregnant?

I have an itchy throat, like if its dry, I keep getting congested from one nostril lol. Can I take any type of tea? Or even medicine? Hopefully my perinatal doc can help me out tmw, but for right now I just want to calm that itchy/dry throat! TIA

Lemon and honey in hot water. Vicks vapour rub for congestion and fill a bowl with just boiled water and put a towel over your head and the bowl so u breath in the steam. I just got over a bad cold and chest infection using these!
