4 wks Pregnant. UTI symptoms but tests came back negative with no UTI!

Hi all.

I've been struggling with UTI symptoms for a few weeks now. I have had chronic UTIs in the past where I have gone to the emergency room. This definitely isn't as bad. My main symptoms are urge to go to the toilet and a bit of an uncomfortable feeling when this urge comes along.

My gp did a dip test in her office a week ago which showed a little bit of blood in the testing and we then did a blood test and proper clinical urine testing for UTI and sti and both came clear.

Has anyone had UTI symptoms but a negative result on the UTI?

It does come and go but I just wanna feel normallll 😰😰😰
