So I’ve been talking to this guy. He’s great. We met online and he lives like 1 hr 40 minutes away, give or take. I have a 10 month old son. It’s not always super easy for me to get a sitter as some of you can relate to. He works a lot & some saturdays. So how do we even go about this. We want to meet and start hanging out more. He’s willing, but I don’t always want to make him drive so far and I don’t want to drive there all the time because my son will be back here and if he needs me I’d like to be close. He said if everything goes good between us that we’ll just have to see each other once or twice a week until things get more serious and we can move in together (obviously like a year or more down the road). He said last night that this is a commitment and I totally agree because it’s not going to be easy. But how do we do this? Any advice? I’m nervous going into this but I haven’t smiled or laughed so much since I’ve started talking to him and I need to give this a shot. After being cheated on and left to take care of my son by my ex, I want to pursue this new relationship because I deserve someone like him.
