I'm 39 weeks 4 days and have been having painful contractions/ back pain/ sharp lower pains since the 2nd. I took a hot bath twice to see if that would make the contractions go away if it weren't true labor and it didn't help. The sharp pains are so unbearable and are extreme when I pee! This is my first pregnancy and I'm 2cm dilated of last week so I don't know what should and shouldn't be hurting..
