I don't know whether to scream or cry

My SO works out of state on a contract and it's been very difficult trying to plan our BDing and tracking ovulation and making it all happen. He can only come home on short bursts, like a day or two at most and has to give notice and such. We planned for him to come home today as I'm predicted to ovulate on Sunday and all of my signs and symptoms are lining up perfectly. Well now there's a predicted storm rolling through the mountains that he would have to drive through and if it dumps as much snow as they're saying, he won't be able to get back to work tomorrow morning which is non-negotiable. So he might not be able to come tonight which means we once again will miss the window. This is so freaking frustrating.
