Menstrual cycle

So lately my menstrual cycle has been every other month. I have had irregular periods since I started when I was younger. I have been put on many diffrent kind of bc pills then I tried the shot and nothing seems to work. I also suffered from ovarian cyst, I'm sure I may still have some but I don't have insurance to get checked. Is there anything that may help regulate my periods, this is one big reason I'm guessing why I can't have a baby.
