How do you deal with this? Ladies

I work in a nursing home, I work in the kitchen around food. My boss had been sick and working. She’s coughing sneezing everything. Same with her son who works there. I got sick and called out only second time I called out in a year. I called her at work and said I had to call out of work I’m coughing while on the phone, and she like not really a good time to call out I said well I’m sick and she said by and hung up. Like really make me feel bad cause I’m sick which I got from you. How would you handle a boss trying to make you feel bad and go into work while sick, also the state department is there checking the kitchen making sure everything clean and how it’s supposed to be
