Ultrasound , what does this mean

So I told my dr. That sex was rather painful for me so she took a look on in and said there didn’t seem to be anything out of the ordinary but sent me for an ultrasound. The ultrasound lady began to do an outer ultrasound on my pelvis and took a lot of pictures of my right side then asked if we could do an inner ultrasound or whatever they are called to get a better look. She then spent a good amount of time again on my right side which was hurting while she did this, then she just said that my dr. Would get it all in a week to examine it and she sent me on my way.

Is this good ? Bad? Anything would be great!
