I want another baby but my partner doesn't

So yeah basically I've been on at my partner for 3 years for another baby and he just says no. He won't talk about it or anything. So I have took matters into my own hands and last night on my most fertile day we had sex with a non spericide condom and this morning I used a syringe and inserted his sperm into me to make a baby. Will this work? The condom was tied so the sperm wasn't dried up. How long does sperm live ?
