My heart is absolutely broken. My OB called me today to tell me my HCG levels went from 231 to 188 in 48 hours and this is the beginning of a miscarriage. I have 5 weeks today. I’m going back Monday for more labs to make sure they continue to go down and I’m praying that I’m able to miscarry on my own and not need a D&C.; My husband is devastated. This was his first baby, my 5th. I’m thankful we had the happiest 2 weeks with this pregnancy but I’m really freaking sad.
