Please Help! TTC with double cervix

I have spent hours trawling the internet trying to find out about my recently diagnosed double cervix. my doctors don't have any knowledge of my ''condition'' and nor do I. I would be very grateful if anyone could help me understand this more. So, I have one uterus And two cervixes. I have seriously painful periods and when i use tampons, generally only one side looks used. I've not been on any contraception for 18 months. I'm not monitoring when I ovulate though. I am concerned my ability to conceive is lower...but no one can give me a straight answer. please help.
