I have one of those "cute" faces. Been called cute and adorable my whole life. Hell just the other day, my SO said I was cute (in that condescending way), and I gave him the evil eye and said "I'm not cute. I'll rip your dick off and shove it up your ass. And when you beg for mercy, I'll laugh and piss on your face." 
He said "See? You're SUPER cute." 
In retrospect, perhaps I shouldn't have been eating popcorn and wearing an "adorkable" sweater while saying it. 
. . . I forget the point I was trying to make, but I'm fairly certain that was relevant somehow so I'll just leave it at that.

Mad? No. Annoyed? Yes. I have big cheeks so I would always get "aw you're so cute" and the cheek pinches. 🙃 It gets old real quick and kinda stings when it's a guy you like and want them to consider you as something more than "cute".
