What do you think?

I met a guy. He is great! He is funny, nice, sweet and we have a connection BUT sometimes I  feel like he touches me inappropriately and the excuse is "sorry, it was the moment" I really like him but I don't like it when he touches me inappropriate. I've told him that I don't like it but he keeps doing anyway. Do you think he just wants to sleep with me ?
