Anyone HSG?

Has anyone had this done? I just scheduled one and really nervous.

Mine wasn't painful, just uncomfortable for a few minutes. My tubes were clear and I got pregnant a week later.

I had one done in March. To be honest, mine was extremely painful but it only lasts a minute. When they inject the dye, it feels like the worst cramp ever, but as soon as they stop injecting, it eases up and goes away. Been ttc for 1.5 years with no luck. Had laparoscopy for endo in December then hsg in march. Good luck!

I think the pain ranges for me it was really painful but it was quick so that made up for it. I had stenosis so they had to manually dilate my cervix which was problem my tubes were clear and I got pregnant my second cycle. Now in 26 weeks. Best advice I was given is deep breaths and stay focused  on happy thoughts. It's quick good luck Hun!

I had one done in November. It was not painful for me just minor cramping for the two or so minutes the procedure lasted. No cramping or spotting after. I found out my left tube was blocked and my OB started me on Clomid at the beginning of February. It worked the first round and I'm now 13 weeks. And my SO did not go with me. It wasn't that big of a deal and honestly don't know if they would have let him back there anyway since they were doing imaging. Good luck!
