Nipples after Ovulation

According to Glow my fertile window finished yesterday, I BDd every day during fertile window and my opks told me I did ovulate same time Glow predicted, far to early to be a pregnancy symptom I'm aware but my nipples are constantly erect and a little sensitive to touch 1dpo, slightly have deep pain in one breast more than the other, any suggestions? Hoping it's the start of something ✨✨✨✨
