Mixed signles from ex

On my YouTube channel I posted a new video yesterday, and it's of me singing Happier by Ed Sheeran. My ex follows me on it, and saw the video and replied I did a good job with it. Then he sends me a link, I click on it and see it was our song "Perfect" by Ed Sheeran. When I ask him why he sent me that, since we have been over with for 5 months and I live 5 houses hrs away from him. He says, i guess it was to bring back all the good memories. This confused me, I don't know if he's hinting that he wants me back or if he is just doing it to remind me of him. HELP ME CLARIFY THIS MESSAGE AND ITS MEANING!

EDIT:I tried to ask him what it meant but he won't message me, it pisses me off a bit. but I also don't want him back, but I still don't get what he meant by it.
