Condom while on the pill?

Question

I know it’s better to use a condom and be on the pill, but if you’re on the pill and he doesn’t use a condom, does he have to pull out?? 
My boyfriend and I normally use condoms during sex but I’m about to start the pill and I wanted to know if we still needed to use condoms too. After the first week of being on the pill could we have sex and him finish in me without me getting pregnant?

If you just started the pill wait at least a full month so your body can get used to the hormones. Its not very effective the first month due to this. After that however, you should be alright but take caution because you won’t be AS protected by using both a condom and BC but you’ll still be protected fine with BC. But wait a month first for your body to become adjusted.

Just don't forget that the pill doesn't protect from STDs.  And when a doctor prescribes a medication that can mess up a developing child, the doctor recommends two forms of birth control.  My wife was on an acne med for a while and she jokingly used the pill and abstinence  until we started dating, then it was the pill and condoms.  So using two forms of birth control is not out of the question.
And it's ok to ask him to get tested for STDs if you're about to start being sexually active with your partner (or stop using condoms).  I've done that, too.
