I'm 5+3 & I was up all night with a lower back ache. Like AF is coming but I'm not bleeding or anything. I remember it hurting like this the day implantation happened. (I'm assuming bc it was at 6dpo) but it went away until last night. It's not horrible but it doesn't feel good. I should add that an ER doctor called me yesterday because I had gone to the ER 5 days prior for cramping and everything was fine but she told me my urine sample had grown out a bacteria so I had to start on a antibiotic yesterday, I don't feel like I have a uti but I'm wondering if the back ache is related to that or just early pregnancy symptoms ?
