floaters in my vision

I keep seeing these floaters in my vision, when I'm coughing or doing something. I failed the first GD test and don't test again till Thursday, but it's been more the last 2 days. should I go in and ask? i have to go to labor and delivery because the office is closed on weekends and that what they say to do if I need to be seen for anything. to top it off I've been having weird cramping also. my husband is gone in training for a week so I'm all alone and worried 😔
