I feel really pregnant

Had my last period Sept26 no period since too several urine test all negative went to the er they only did urine test negative only thing uti both times I’ve spotted a lil that’s it but a year ago I had a D&C; done for heavy bleeding and my period didn’t become regular til April been like clockwork til now I had one faint test and it’s was first response I have a doctor appointment Nov 28 wonder am I pregnant or losing my mind
