Painful Braxton Hicks? Or something else. (36 weeks)

I have had braxton hicks before and I would hardly even notice them besides the fact that my tummy would get really tight. All last night and a good chunk of today, I have been getting the tightening along with a dull sometimes sharp ache in my lower pelvis and tummy (almost like diarreah cramps without the diarreah)....I got woken up by them throughout the night. I think they are still braxton hicks, because they time irregular and went away when I took a bath or walk.... Anyone else have painful braxton hicks like this? Just wondering if I should call me doctor on this?
