Nauseated in my throat?

Has anyone experienced nausea and sickness, but not in their stomach? I always wake up feeling like there's puke sitting in my throat and it makes me gag. I feel the same way every time I eat. It doesn't hurt or burn, but it makes me feel so sick!

Sounds like acid reflux. Does it go away one you are upright for a bit?

Acid reflux for sure. I have been dealing with it for most of my pregnancy. Zantac is the only thing that works for me. Good luck!

It's acid refux. Sleep propped up on pillows, avoid eating a couple of hrs before bed and avoid fried/ processed foods

I feel like that every time I get sick. I feel the nausea in my throat, like the vomit is just waiting there for me. I'm not a big puker in general, but it feels odd. I don't think I've thrown up for non-alcohol related reasons since I was in elementary school.
