Bad head cold — any tips?

Almost 10 week pregnant and have caught a bad head cold. Any tips on what to do? I can’t really take anything, right?

Humidifier. Saline for your nose. And rest

Oranges and peppermint tea. They helped with my nausea too!

I’ve had a cold since finding out I was pregnant and I’m not 7 weeks, I can’t seem to shake it, rest definitely helps, sleeping when you can, lots of water, saline for your nose, panadol if needed and warm drinks, if your throat gets sore gargle some warm salty water.
