Clomid questions!

We've been trying for baby #2 for over a year now after our miscarriage. I have 1 beautiful son who will be 2 this month. I'm thinking about asking my Dr for clomid. I was talking with my friend earlier who conceived her 2nd with clomid. Her Dr (which is my dr) strongly advised her to be aware of the high probability of having twins when taking clomid. Have you known this to be true? I've done the research and it suggests that yes it can give you a higher chance.. like a 1 in 20 chance. But I'd like to see what you'll everyone's experience with it was! Would love to hear your stories. 😊
