Swollen foot and rash? 32 weeks pregnant

I'm 32 weeks + 4 & I worked last night a 9 hour shift and woke up this morning with a super swollen right foot and what looks like a rash. Anyone else experience this? Maybe my sock was too tight? Not sure. I messaged my doctor about it

I would definitely go see a doctor. Swollen ankles could mean nothing but it is also a sign of preeclampsia

That looks like pups 😒 worst thing ever and itchy as hell. I ended up getting it all over my body my last pregnancy. Google it and it’ll give you a bunch of stuff to help relieve it! If that is what it is it’ll go away when you give birth or soon after.

Well I would have said to soak your feet in some epsom salt the lavender kind is only 1.75$ At Walmart if you live in the USA I am almost 34 and I have a foot spa that makes bubbles and I soak my feet once a day to keep the swelling down but the rash I'm not too sure about I think they may have some made for sensitive skin but I would ask your doctor first.
