Prayers Needed

I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant and noticed today when I went to pee I was spotting dark brown. I've previously miscarried so this is terrifying for me and my SO. Going to schedule a doctors appointment tomorrow. Hoping it's not something serious🙁

UPDATE #1

Bleeding heavily now. It's still dark red/brown. I also passed small clots. The baby hasn't passed though (I've miscarried so I know the difference). Feeling so hopeless. Going to the er today
