She has been through so much, I don’t want to hurt her...

My in-laws are coming to visit during the holidays and we haven’t told them we are expecting again. We were thinking it’d be nice to surprise them in Christmas with a gift or some other way, but I forgot about one detail.

My BIL and her fiancé are going to be with us as well and they went through a loss a couple years ago. They have been TTC for almost 8 years now and we were supposed to give birth (her first, my second) like two weeks difference.

Now, Idk if we should think of another way and day to announce or if we should just talk to them beforehand to let them know or if we should just go ahead and announce like we planned (I don’t think this is an option anymore but I’d like to read your thoughts).

Might sound stupid, but I was already excited with the idea of announcing to everyone at the same time and possibly take a picture of the reaction? But I don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings, specially my BIL’s fiancé’s because she is a great friend of mine. Please, help me think about this ❤️ And thank you for reading 💕
