Best Infant Car Seat?

Pros and cons on which car seat you think is best. My first baby is coming in June and I want to make sure I get the best car seats out there! I’m not wanting to spend a fortune though so please no suggesting $300+ car seats because that’s just not feasible right now 😊

I️ had a britax with my first and loved it. This time I’m getting an uppababy.

I got an uppa baby from buy buy baby. It's 299 originally but we got it for 230 with a 20% off coupon (they're owned by bed bath and beyond and accept their coupons for 20% off a single item). It works with our stroller and I was impressed by the safety ratings.
