BFP after miscarriage ?

So I had a miscarriage at 10 weeks on October 5 and 2 weeks ago I tested and had a very very very faint line show up , I tested two days later and the line disappeared so I knew it was left over hcg. I haven't gotten my period yet but I tested this morning and got a strong BFP but not sure if I'm really pregnant ? Last night I had a tiny bit of blood and been having symptoms !!!! Could I be pregnant this soon again ?!
