10 Weeks, Still Painful

Hello Ladies, just looking for some insight here. My LO is 10 weeks old and exclusively breastfed. I was told that after a whe my breastmilk would normalize and I would stop having painful/full breasts. Is it normal to still be getting engorged this late in the game? When baby feeds she does empty my breast and its never both breasts that become engored (except for at night). Its usually whatever breast is for the next feeding that becomes extremely full/lumpy and painful until I feed her.
