How long without a poop?
Howlong is too long for my 3.5 week old to go without pooping? She's been tooting quite a bit today and seems to be just a bit uncomfortable but not to the point that I'm overly concerned. She last pooped about 20 hours ago and has been nursing normally. TIA!
