Quick back story- since off the pill 7 months ago I range from 38-42 day cycles. Today is day 31, or 10 DPO (although I'm not confident I've been ovulating and diagnosed with PCOS) NEVER have I spotted before. Having a lot of cramping as soon as the blood started.
