I live In Nashville Tenessee and want to get this back piece done asap. What is an amount you think I will be charged for this? Itllbe black and white just like the photo. (I'm only doing the back piece) so ignore the arms.

Call different tattoo shops in your area to do consults & look at work they've done. That's the best way to do it.

Then you gotta look at details in there as well.
Find local places and source their work. Be prepared to pay decently for good work.

Most legit artists charge by the hour, not by the piece. Usually $100 an out. I'd say that's gonna take 2-3 sessions. Probably $1000 bucks if i had to estimate
