Why does he insist on this?

I need help.

This guy I’ve only been talking to for a month I stopped talking to because he really isn’t as invested as I thought and not really boyfriend material. He kinda goshted me saying he needed space. Now he’s back and wants to meet up for closure and to make sure we’re on good terms. We weren’t even dating I’m not sure why he really wants to meet up? Any insight or what should I do?

I stopped talking to him because instead of being there for me when I was drunk he video tapped all of my lowest moments and made his friend/roommate take care of me while he filmed all of it.
