How long does it take food to leave your breast milk
I ate star anise (it was an ingredient in something I had for dinner) - my baby is 90% bottle fed as I lost 3L of blood in my emergency c section a week ago so am still establishing a supply. I am aware that star anise can cause seizures even in small amounts so I want to make sure none passes to baby through the little milk he gets from me. How long until it’s safe to feed again? I’ll be pumping and dumping until then..
